Big Duck Race
Businesses are being requested to go quackers once again, by purchasing their own big yellow duck to enter into this year’s Harbour Carnival Big Duck Race.
Joe Oliver from organisers, the Round Table, said: ‘Harbour Carnival is traditionally opened each year by the start of the Big Duck Race. For just £200, a business can re-enter its very own branded duck into the race. For the same price of £200 we are also offering new entrants either a blank Duck that can be 'duckerated' by the company or a duck we will add corporate branding to. It’s a great event for companies to show their support for local good causes and I hope as many as possible will get onboard.’
